Skype is a free software which allows you to make free audio and video calls to friends, family, colleagues everywhere in the world. So you only pay for your tuition, nothing else.

You can use Skype on whatever works best for you – on your phone or computer or a TV. It takes a few minutes to download the programme and even technophobes find it very easy and quick to learn how to use it. Skype requires no more than a computer, web cam and good internet connection. If you want to learn how to download and use Skype, please click here.

Skype lessons are also a very effective way of learning: there’s no sitting back and staring out of the window as you are naturally drawn towards the screen and focus 100% on the lesson.

Are you thinking that you will be missing out by choosing a computer-based course over a traditional classroom setting, but to the contrary!  The feeling of learning via Skype is almost identical to being in the same room as the trainer. I will right in front of you, virtually, and the picture and sound quality is usually excellent.

Via Skype, we can talk or discuss a topic or work through exercises, as if I were sitting in front of you. I can help you improve your pronunciation, as well as check written tasks. During the lesson, the Skype’s chat box allows us to exchange note. I can write corrections or suggestions, vocabulary, as we speak – in French, naturally.

As there is no need for me to travel to your home or office, there is no additional costs such as travel expenses so the lessons are cheaper and the minimum lesson duration is 60 minutes as opposed to the customary 90 minutes for face-to-face training.

Unless you wish to buy a textbook, I will provide the learning material for free!
